In this JUNK Brands Instructional CrossFit video Josh Kirts from CrossFit NWA in Bentonville, Arkansas demonstrates the Deadlift. Josh teaches how to maintain a neutral spine throughout this functional movement that you do every day, whether at the CrossFit box or picking up your kids. For the deadlift Josh recommends starting out with a PVC about 5 feet long. It’s important to learn the movement correctly before using a barbell and plates. Josh is wearing the Thrash headband from the upcoming JUNK Brands fall collection to be released in late August 2016.
